OIKIA Law Properties Ltd was incorporated in 2026. Our first projects are under way and we will publish them here in full, including what did not go to plan. Implying a history we do not have would be the fastest way to lose an experienced landlord.
What we do
We create value
in property.
We plan it, convert it, refurbish it and manage the whole cycle. Some of our clients bring a building. Some bring capital. Both keep one clear view of the work from first enquiry to exit.
Work is divided into defined stages. Each is certified by an independent surveyor before it is paid for, and only then does the next begin. Nothing is paid in advance of completed work.
People
Names matter.
We will publish them properly.
We have not put names, photographs or biographies on this site yet. Anonymity in property usually reads as concealment, and we would rather fix that properly than publish a placeholder team.
In the meantime, ask. If you are considering working with us, ask who would be responsible for your project and we will tell you directly, before you commit to anything.
Registrations and professional network

We will publish reference numbers rather than reassuring words, and we will name professional firms only with their permission.
Registration references — including ICO registration, any redress scheme, AML supervision and insurance — will appear on this page as they are obtained, with the reference numbers themselves rather than a claim that they exist.
The same applies to the solicitors, valuers, monitoring surveyors, accountants and brokers we work with: we will name firms once they have agreed to be named.
